In year 5, we celebrated modern foreign languages day by focusing on Belgium. We tried Belgian waffles, Belgian chocolates and mini chips in our Belgian breakfast; then we looked at the work of the surrealist Belgian artist Renee Magritte and created our own sketch in his style. Finally, after our French lesson, we researched fun facts about Belgium. What a great day.
